Questions
- Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
- No. You link your existing number by scanning a QR code. There is no Meta approval process and no per-template fee.
- Can reminders be in Hindi?
- Yes. Write them in English, Hindi or Hinglish; members get exactly the words you choose.
- Will it message a member who already paid?
- No. Each reminder run checks the member's membership and dues first, and skips anyone who has already renewed or paid.
