Personal training management software
PT is where a gym earns the most per member and loses the most to forgotten sessions, double bookings and commission arguments.
How it works
- Step 1
Sell a package
Sell PT packages by sessions or time, with the price and coach on record. Sessions used are counted as they are completed.
- Step 2
Book and train
Book sessions on the calendar. A coach can't be booked twice for the same time. Trainers log sets, reps and weights from their phone during the session.
- Step 3
Pay fairly
Commission rules per trainer, as a percentage, a flat amount or both, turn completed sessions into a commission ledger for payroll.
What you get
- PT packages with sessions remaining, and an expiry reminder
- Calendar with clash checks across PT sessions and appointments
- Workout plans and diet plans delivered to the member's app
- Set-by-set session logging on the trainer's phone
- Measurements and fitness tests to show progress
- Trainer commissions calculated from completed sessions
Questions
- Can trainers use it on their phone?
- Yes. Trainers get their own view with today's sessions, their members, and a session screen for logging sets.
- How are commissions calculated?
- Each trainer has a rule: a percentage of the session price, a flat amount per session, or both. A rule can apply to one session type or to all of them.
- Do members see their workouts?
- Yes. Workout and diet plans appear in the member's app, along with their sessions and progress.
